Getting Ready!!

Oh me Oh my!!  It's been so terribly busy here I feel like I've drowned in the sea of work!!
But I do have quite a lot to offer at the upcoming Quilt Event next Saturday here in Rice Lake!
If you live around here DON"T MISS THIS EVENT!!
Please support the school!  They continue to put on this awesome show year after year!
The donations for the raffle are so great this year..... a Janome sewing machine!!  Yes someone donated this brand new machine! They are raffling off an Angel Quilt!  The theme of the show is Angels Among Us!  How heavenly is that!!

And there are drawings throughout the day for great gift baskets from all the vendors!!  Someone will win a nice little sheep rug from Red House Wool Studio!!

We have most of the floor tiles put down... just a few around the edges to go!  Now if I can find the time to grout!  Get rid of that evil white line!!  LOL!
Better go.... I have wool dyeing on the stove... I'm naming it  "RICH OLDE GOLD CHICK"  LOL!!!
See you soon!!

  1. Oh My, your home is looking like a professional has done the decorating. It's all coming together so well. Such a warm and earthy inviting place. All this hard work is paying off. I hope it's beginning to look like Spring at your place,
Good luck at this special event. I hope they raise a lot of money.
    Happy Spring.
    Hugs,

  2. Your kitchen looks fabulous! What a great job you have done putting all of it together. I met my husband when I was teaching at St. Joseph's School...in Winter Haven, Florida! Have a wonderful show. It looks like a really good one, and I'm sure those gorgeous wools will be flying out the door.

  3. The kitchen is looking fabulous! You both worked so hard, it's time to enjoy your labors. I wish the best for your show, may you sell out before the show is over (yes, it does happen). I know if I was closer I'd make a big dent in your inventory.
