The NEW Sink!


At LONG last!!  Our friend ROSS is an excellent plumber! He used to be our next door neighbor! How handy is that! We are certainly blessed to have friends we trust doing this work for us! Ross had to do some major repair work to the pipes under the sink and in the basement.  


But he has all the right tools... and a mighty nice smile! What more could a "lady in waiting" for her new sink to be installed ask for!!  





How these guys do this is beyond my comprehension!  I am in awe of the skills and abilities of these guys who do this for a living!  Hard work my friends.... and I found it interesting that they all have cell phones now and can work and talk at the same time! They are trouble shooting and setting up jobs and anwering emergency calls now all the while working on the job at hand.  Times have changed.... 




But my new Ruvati Stainless Steel Sink is now installed and boy am I LOVING it!!

I'm working on restocking my cupboards and trying to find where I put everything while the cupboards were being installed! 
It's been CRAZY!  But I can tell you.... worth all the work and commotion!

    It looks beautiful in the kitchen. We have a similar style, but I went with one open sink so i could get the larger pans in. But i miss having a second for peeling and food prep.

    That's quite the fancy sink. I can see why you're loving it.
    I bet the hook is getting rusty just about now with such a great looking kitchen.

    That's a gorgeous sink! I am one of the above-mentioned crazy women who goes nuts over sinks. So I guess it did not come in orange???

    WOW! I love it! I know you are excited and its almost complete. Now you have a beautiful sink with a window. That was the only thing I would not compromise on when we built years ago , a large farm sink with a window.

    Love it! So worth the wait. Can't wait to see it all finished. Your going to love the sink racks, I put mine in the dishwasher once a week for a good washing. Hope you get to hooking or designing some new patterns soon.

    Wow! Things just got really legal in there. Your new sink is definitely a great choice. It's so good looking and neat. You just have to build up the pipes and drains, enough to make them all work well for a long time. Thanks for sharing that! All the best!
