Calico Bean Casserole

With Memorial Day gatherings upon us I thought you might like an easy recipe that is a favorite in our family.  When pot luck is the choice I always get asked to bring this Calico Bean Casserole or hot dish as we call it in our neck of the woods.

I like a recipe that is easy (as in opening cans and dumping into a baking pan) and can be made ahead and refrigerated the night before.  It's festive looking for any holiday gathering too! ( btw SmileBox has some neat recipe cards to make and share)
Enjoy!

  7. Boy, does that sound right up my alley...thanks for sharing that. My mid-western husband will think he's died and gone to heaven, and I will, too, because I'm big on eating but not fond of cooking. Perfect!
